It all started more than 70 years ago, in the small garage of our grandfather, Lucien Ranson, who has developed our marzipan recipe. From 250 kilo we can add some of your flavours into our secret recipe. Every year we go to the almond farms to handpick the best raw materials for our marzipan so we can guarantee the quality of our product from the very first phase in the chain.
