Together we experience unreal times; the world is turned upside down and it is especially unclear when we will be able to put this whole crisis behind us.
We at Ranson are trying to do our part to stop the virus on the rise: our employees for who it is possible work from home, in our buildings we take the necessary measures to respect social distancing and we continue to insist that everyone must be careful: washing and disinfecting the hands frequently, keeping a distance, wearing a mouth mask as much as possible and wearing a mask mandatorily if the distance between 2 people is less than 1.5m.
On the other hand, we are convinced that we also have a social role to play. And just like you, we are a link in the larger food chain that ensures that everyone can continue to get food quickly during this crisis period. That is why we continue to do everything necessary to continue to serve you smoothly: always with the above-mentioned safety regulations in mind, but with the intention of continuing to guarantee you a smooth service.
- Our representatives remain accessible; the frequency of the visits may be slightly less, but if necessary they can always visit you
- You can place your orders by telephone, fax or e-mail, but the most convenient is of course through our webshop where you will find all your personalized data
- Our Ranshops (in Harelbeke and Hoeselt) and the various collection points (Harelbeke, Brussels, Hoeselt and Antwerp) will remain open and this in accordance with the guidelines of the ministerial decision of 1/11/2020, as these points of sale are only accessible to professionals and because we , like you, operate in an essential industry
Just like you, we hope that this bad dream will soon be over and that we can focus on building the future again!
For now, we are going to have to stay strong together, follow the rules as the authorities impose them and try to make the best of it together.
